Solarium We all enjoy the feeling of warmth on our backs and our horses do to. Apart from relaxing the horses & being an extremely useful part of everyday management during cold wet weather; our infra-red solarium is also of much therapeutic use.
Saline leg Spa Where injuries to hoof or leg are concerned our leg spa is invaluable - the massage effect obtained by the aireated water is both soothing & stimulating; whilst the ability to add medication to the water allows for a searching treatment of topical injuries.
Natural Assistance Our location offers further opportunities such as the gravel bottomed naturally mineralised river. Flowing straight off the foothills of Snowdonia the river is always cool and provides a natural way of soaking a horses legs whilst allowing relaxation too. Other advantages include the crisp clear mountain air and a naturally peaceful & healing environment. We are also within short travelling distance of excellent beach access to the sea.
General We also use traditional techniques such as massage & strapping, cold boots, and aromatherapy. Additionally we are developing our own take on the use of the laser to stinmulate Acupunture points.
